How do I cancel an item or order?

If your order status is still marked as ""Open"" you can send us a cancellation request. This works in the ""My Account"" area under ""My Orders."" Simply open the contact form via the link ""Cancellation request"" and set up a specific request for the cancellation of the order. We will check your request immediately and get in touch with you by email or telephone.

How can I complain about a product?

Delivery Time Expectations

For our products we will communicate an estimated delivery date and time. If for any reason we cannot deliver, we will contact you to look for an alternative solution. When your order has left one of our factories or warehouses, you will receive an email with the exact delivery date. If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive more than one shipping email, each with the details of the individual delivery. Your goods can also be delivered to various locations. Please contact us if your delivery does not arrive within the specified time that was specified.

Where do I redeem my voucher?

You can redeem a voucher after you have selected your products and added them to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart and view your order. On the first page of the order overview you will see a field called ""A voucher"". Enter your voucher code in the required field.
